Earth as the Goddess!

Hello all, Hope all of you had a great week, where you were able to take charge of your Dharma that would lead to a very fulfilled life. Last week we discussed how Earth stays as a hidden planet in Vedic chart of every person. We become the Earth through which the celestial energies influence our life and higher purpose. Today let us look at Earth from another perspective. In the Hindu pantheon there are numerous Goddesses who portray different energies. Each of them show a very different aspect of the same Divine feminine. So, today let us look at Earth from a Goddess perspective. As I am comfortable with Hinduism, it would be from that perspective. In Hinduism, Earth itself is considered a Goddess - Bhoomi Devi . She is considered very patient, nurturing and full of compassion. Bhoomi Devi - She was born as the daughter of the sage Kashyapa. Hello all, Namaste! Before proceeding with the post, just an announcement. I am planning to go back to the Google feed burner email subscription service and planning to shut down the Specific feeds email feed. I find that the specific feeds, is coming with numerous advertisements below the particular blog post. I don't like my subscribers to be bogged down with the advertisements. Moola Nakshatra - A Curse or a blessing?

As mentioned last week let us discuss the characteristic of the nakshatra, Moola and whether it needs to be feared as many in the society do. Before that, two weeks back we discussed what are Nakshatras and why they are calculated according to the placement of the Moon in the horoscope. Ardra nakshatra - The inconsolable human!

As life was interfering, I was not able to write for the last three weeks. Also, the personal readings on my store are catching up slowly. That also keeps me away from writing. But I decided this week, I need to write and post a blog. As per the amazing response and comments I got for Moola, a Kethu ruled nakshatra, this time I thought I would tackle Ardra or Thiruvathira(i) in Malayalam/ Tamil, a Rahu ruled nakshatra. The birth of Karthikeya!

Hello all, Hope all of you had a fantastic week, where you were able to put into practice exactly what your inner core wanted to bring into your life. Before proceeding further, yesterday, (March 5th, 2019) as I was cutting an onion, the onion rolled off and I ended up having deep cuts in my second and third fingers of my left hand. Both fingers are bandaged up. I almost thought of just putting a message that I am not able to type this week. Before starting this post, I want to reminisce a bit on our Blog journey. Last year in 2017, it was on Kerala (a state in India) New Year Day called Vishu, I published my first post. This year Saturday (April 14, 2018) is Vishu. So it has been one year since I started my writings.
