Who am I? - Part 7

Hello all, Namaste! Hope all of you had a great week where you were able to spend wonderful and precious time with your family and friends during the holidays. For the last several weeks I have been describing the journey I had to take to discover who truly 'I am' from within. This week why don't we tie up many of the concepts together so that any human can use these towards finding who they truly are for their own life? In the Indian movie ' Lagaan ' there is a song called 'Mitwa'. In that the song starts with the lyric, 'Har Sant kahe, Sadhu kahe, sach aur saahas hein jiske mann mein, anth mein jeet usee hi ki rahe'. Meaning- Every saint and sage says, whoever has truth and courage in their mind, the victory becomes theirs at last. This particular line captures the whole gist of the series I have written named, 'Who am I'? That is it, my post for this week is done. See you next week. ;-))) The personal truth: Okay, was just joking.

Hello all, Namaste! Hope all of you had a great week where you were able to clear the slate of mind from things that we don't really need for our life. Whatever we focus on, also increases in our life. So, if we resist new energy by actively thinking about old experiences, patterns, and behavior

Last week we were discussing the tunnel called the ' Dark Night of the Soul ', which is one of the toughest time any Soul may have to go through. The one thing that doesn't make sense even today for me is, why all these making jump through hoops, tough tests, life lessons and more for the Souls. Why the Divine has to make the Souls go through the trapeze of lifetimes and difficult situations. Why? Why we have to keep on learning and becoming more closer to Divine through all these experiences? Why, why, and why? Can't all the Souls be just as the divine and be wherever they want to be happy and content? Why 'Maya' (illusion?), lessons or experiences? The only answer as of now I can come up with is, 'it just is'. Nothing more or nothing less. It just 'is'. The dark night of the Soul: Anyway back to the
