Responsibility and accountability- Part 1!

Namaste! All of you, my dear blog readers, know about my website-swaroopa.net. I have started my business, Swaroopa store, which can be accessed from Shop tab on my website, for Souls who are interested in a personal reading. Now to the post.

Last week, we discussed how our own mindsets determine the way our life evolves. The choice is ours, whether to have a positive or negative mindset. The global circumstances itself have evolved into experiences that bring deep negative emotions. But in such a political and global health climate, if we give away our own inner spirit as well, how can we ever traverse this huge mental and emotional challenge?

It is very much needed to keep a positive mindset even if the whole chaos is swirling around us. We have discussed this concept before. Where is the calmest space of a hurricane or a tropical cyclone? In the eye of the hurricane. The edges of the hurricane would be tearing houses, buildings and even bridges apart. But the eye of the hurricane would be calm.

We are in a global metaphorical hurricane that is causing death, destruction, deep agony, mental and emotional pains. Every one is affected. There is no difference between a Democrat or a Republican, a Hindu, Christian or a Muslim, a black, brown or white person, young or old, Indian, American or Chinese. Nothing matters. If we are not protecting ourselves and are at the wrong place, wrong time, we are going to be a victim of the pandemic.

So, it becomes imperative to find the calm and balanced space within, from where we can operate. If we can find this space, it becomes slightly easier to deal with the outer chaos. Already the chaos is outside, why bring it in by being victim of fear, worry and stress. Also, in the times of a severe pandemic, we need good immunity. Worry and fear that we imbibe from outside would lower our immunity. Not a good thing in between a pandemic. The responsibility towards ourselves and our loved ones, to be calm and collected within our mind.

Only from a calm space, we can take great decisions for lives. We have discussed the energy of

Rahu- the snake charmer or the healer:

Rahu is considered the smoke and mirrors, the slick snake oil or car sales man. The Moon, the mind can fall for the shenanigans of the shadow planet, Rahu. If the being is not careful. without their own awareness and will, the Rahu energy can overtake the mind and the person may not even have a clue. The way Rahu works- charm the being with the material world, Maya.This shows the mind and the will of the person should be with themselves. The fake news and lies that are going around on the internet, social media and other apps, are a great example for Rahu. The Vedic sages considered Rahu as a very bad influence on the mind. If any of those sages happened to come to Earth today, they would be astounded the way minds are being influenced by Rahu.

But don't think Rahu energy is very bad. No, it is not. Rahu helps to bring electricity, which cooks our food, operates our ventilators, runs our computers, internet as well as the social-media. All the scientific and technological progress humanity is enjoying is Rahu. The innovations and technological progress is Rahu. But it should be kept where it is supposed to be, under under will, within the control of our mind.

If you understand, in deep esoteric wisdom at higher vibrations, Rahu is the magician of a healer. The house Aquarius, the Universal healer, is co-ruled by Rahu, along with Saturn. Aquarius is the sign, which brings wisdom and knowledge of the spiritual realm in huge jug and pours the wisdom as water over the Earth to nourish it. The Universal healer! Within this, comes the nakshatra of Sathabhishek, ruled by Rahu, the Satha- hundred, Bhishek- healers. Hundred healers or doctors. If Rahu is the technological whizkid, the same Rahu is the sage like person with wisdom. From that aspect, all the doctors, nurses, medical professionals, vaccines, ventilators, and

When Rahu is given direction, structure, organization and a channel to flow, the energy can flow well. If there is good governmental oversight, the realm of Saturn, as organization and structure, Rahu can be very well used. The same Rahu would help to find a great vaccine, with consistent, diligent and dedicated effort. So, it matters, which mind is behind the wheel of any nation. Does the mind brings solid will power, dedication, discipline, organization and structure? Does the mind has vision, value and determination to take the country to the future?  Does the mind emanate responsibility and accountability? A responsible and accountable leader.

Responsibility and accountability:

Or else, by the time we realize, decades have passed and we just hang around for the rest of our life. No. That is not how a human should live our life. The very first duty is towards us, our own Soul. Nobody said we should not take care of family or kids. All that we should do. But in that we also have the duty of listening to our intuition and doing our Dharma- the path we came here to live.

Nowadays, a thought is popping up in my mind. Is it due to our own negligence of the Dharma for centuries, we as humans were supposed to do, which we never cared to do, that has brought this predicament on us. A situation, where we are suddenly finding ourselves within the four walls, nowhere to run and nowhere to hide. Suddenly every one is having a lot of time, especially people who find themselves, out of work and at home. We have lot of time to think and contemplate.

This can be a time, which we can use to reset the button for our own life. As long as we don't give attention to our own Dharma, we would be running through our own life like a bunch of confused kids. Yes, all are adults in the physical body. But how many are true adults in the energy as well? As long as we are not aware of our own deepest desires for our life, the will to take charge of it and do deep changes to live from our heart, we are basically living from the surface of our life. If our heart is not in the picture, then what is the point of spending all the energy in so many random, not very genuine activities?

It is only when we live our life with a deep will from our heart, our Soul path starts to manifest in our life. Until then we are just living for the sake of living. I truly understand both kinds of living. In my career days as a bio-technologist, I knew I am getting my degrees, I would have a good career hopefully and a good life. That is it. But I had no idea of what was my deepest desire, how can I access my will, where I see in 10-20 years or whether I have any control over my own desires and aspirations. Every thing was left to chance.

Now, coming back to the hurricane, we become the being that is thrown around in the hurricane called life. Circumstances come and go. We react, adjust ourselves to whatever comes that particular day, no clue and no understanding. But when we take responsibility and accountability for our life and by virtue of that for our loved ones, still circumstances and situations we have no control over come around. But when we understand our own desires and will, within that hurricane, we find one place where we can have control and balance. The inner core of our heart and mind, with our deepest desires and will. The one place, where we are on solid ground, never to be toppled  again.

But a caveat should be taken into account here. This balance is acquired when we find it within ourselves. We can't be balanced because another being is providing us stability and security. That still leaves us out of our own Dharma and Soul's will. Nobody comes with a group will and group Soul. Society may have systems of family, patriarchy or matriarchy. But within that system, underneath everything, each one comes with their own Dharma.

It becomes the responsibility of each being to find their Dharma. Another cannot find it for us. We are responsible as a being to find our Dharma and the will of our Soul. Until now for a pretty long time we, humans have gone after a rational mind that that has taken humanity down a hole of Rahu glitz. We got ourselves lost in the noise, sounds and sights of the material world. The pandemic may be a way the Universe is pressing the reset button, so that people start living deeply from their heart rather than just from surface level mind.

As a being, it is our responsibility to become aware of our Dharma, the purpose we came to do in this life. Same way we also have accountability towards our own life, what and what not, we are ready to do towards our Soul's purpose. Only when we start to live from this space, we become truly responsible and accountable towards our own life. Until then, we are just living a life, that is a far cry from the magic and magnificence called life!

So, now the question. Shouldn't we deeply live our life from the Soul's purpose to make our life, vibrant and magical? Is it enough to just skim the top of the cake. Shouldn't we dive deep into it, so that we experience the very essence of feeling alive? Of course, that is always the choice and free will of a being!
