Vishnu - The Truth!

Namaste! All of you, my dear blog readers, know about my website-swaroopa.net. I have started my business, Swaroopa store, which can be accessed from Shop tab on my website, for Souls who are interested in a personal reading. There is also the Swaroopa Store link, on my blog's left side. Now to the post.
Last week, we discussed the concept of Amritha, the celestial nectar. How, after the churning of the ocean of our mind, finally the truth of our inner Self is revealed to us. I have gone through and is still going through this churning every single day. Because, the perspective does not stop once the inner churning starts. The churning keeps on bringing up perspective after perspective, insight after insight and personal truth after personal truth.
Compared to, what I knew about myself, three years back, when I started to write this blog, today I know much more about myself. Our own perspectives get more refined. This is the same with the books like Bhagavad Gita or Bible. As the person gets more evolved in the heart and the mind, the perspectives that are brought up by reading becomes deeper and deeper. We never could have come up with that perspective the first time or even the second time, when we read. For that our mind and our own awareness has to become deeper.
So, as long as we don't understand ourselves deeply, our deepest potential and perspectives are kept away from us. We have discussed about Mahatma Gandhi and how he was thrown out of the train in a station near Durban. That was when he was around 24 years of age. Even then, why Mahatma Gandhi returned to India only around 45 years of age? Because, the fight he was going to lead was physically, mentally, and more emotionally challenging. He needed to be emotionally very mature to lead the freedom fight.

Same with Abraham Lincoln. He was given the post of the President, only much later in life. He had a very important task to do. The Emancipation Proclamation-to free the slaves. But the challenge was humongous. It would test his inner mettle and will power. So, he as well as his mind had to become emotionally mature and stand strong on his perspectives and viewpoints. For that he had to go through a lot of experiences until his 51st year, to become the President.
Concepts: So, this churning of the mental ocean happens in each and every person, which finally leads to their own perspectives and truths. Now, the problem with spirituality or philosophy is people can read, think and even contemplate about all these concepts. But as long as the person doesn't take the concept and put it into practice in their own life, the concept remains as a concept in my mind or my blog post.
This is the same case with Bible or Bhagavad Gita. People can read hundred times or even thousand times. It would just be another concept in a sacred scripture or another book. It remains in the pages of the book. After reading many times, the person can even understand it intellectually. True, but still, it is a concept in the pages of a book. Even at that point it has nothing to do with our life. The book stays in the shelf and our life proceeds just as it is. This is always the problem with concepts, spirituality or even philosophy. As long as the person is not putting that thought/concept into practice in their own life, it is just another concept and thought.
I realized this in my own life in 2015. In those days, I used to go to the library and get a lot of self-improvement and self-help books. My career was not going anywhere. So, I wanted to repaint or restructure myself. I would bring self-help book after book from the library. Read it, understand it. I read so much, all these concepts and ideas from the books swirled in my mind. I became totally confused. Then, in end of 2015, I stopped everything. Threw away all the ideas of self-help from others and decided to pursue my own Self's- help.
That is actually the truest help, isn't it?? This blog is about that. Finding one's own deepest inner Self and truth- Swa-one's own Roopa- truest form- truest identity or authentic Self! Nothing comes anywhere, near it. But even that is not enough. Reading this blog can be a nice respite from everyday life. But as long as the person themselves does not put in the effort to find their deepest Self and inner work; the perspective stays in the pages of the blog.

This is the deepest hurdle I find, when I write my Quora answers. People come, debate and argue with me, that I am nuts, totally crazy and completely off. I can totally understand. As long as the person themselves, don't turn within and do the inner work and start their own inner journey, these perspectives and concepts are just writing on the water, and in the next wave of thought, it gets lost. So, one's own inner truths or Amritha, comes out only when one's own mental ocean gets churned. I totally know this. Before my own mind didn't get churned, I had no awareness or clue about my own spiritual gifts. They were just a hobby that I used to do whenever I felt I need a break from my "real life". Who knew my spiritual gifts are going to become the "real life"?
SELF-help: This, self-help is available for each one of us. But sitting within the mind, we are kept away from it. We just sit within our mind and it brings us different experiences, essences and whole panacea of life flavors. Instead of understanding, this is just the mind bringing us illusion after illusion, we spent many times our entire life within the mind. But mind is mind. It is not heart.
Anything of true value comes from the heart. Whether value for ourselves, deep relationships, our lives, creativity, the wealth that comes by virtue of the creativity, the deep grace that we feel - heart needs to be involved. If heart is not in the picture, the spirit of the experience itself is lost. The deep, rich essence of the experience is not there anymore. Everything becomes surface and shallow level.
This is where humanity is as of now finding itself. Why are we as a race so stressed out, divisive and doing battles for every single thing? Because everything has become about the mind, all the surface level, the glam, the glitter and the life-style that comes with it. But anything that is solid is the realm of Saturn- slow, dedicated, determined and focused perseverance. But Rahu- the Maya- the illusion doesn't like this plan. Rahu wants everything, now. This is why a mind-Moon grasped by Rahu in modern times doesn't go for the time-tested way of Saturn.
Rahu's agenda works perfectly for this modern age. Look at all the modern toys, we humans have. Electronics, gadgets, cars, the software, social-media, the Internet, the glitter, glam, styles, trends, trades- all perfectly aligned for Rahu to grasp the human mind into the Maya of this material world. Showing all these goodies, the mind is taken away from the truth of the heart. But we, the human doesn't realize, the spirit of life is within the heart, in the Soul space. If heart is not involved in the picture, where is the energy for the life?
The person keeps on trying to run the car, without the fuel of the spirit from the heart. Soon enough, life itself starts to become pointless and meaningless. How does a person who was bright and young during the young age become lifeless and spiritless, when they reach midlife? This is the cause. Instead of living deeply, fully from the heart with the use of the mind, we are just living the surface life from a mind. In the surface level only small fish can survive- so smaller mind, smaller ideas and smaller goals. To access the blue whale or a killer whale of an idea, we have to go into deepest recesses of our own heart and mind.

That is why when some people come up with elegant ideas, others think- how come in the world did they come up with the idea? Why couldn't I? Because to access that unique idea, we have to access our full inner realm. Not just the mind, but the deepest recesses of the heart. This is where the blue whales and the killer whale's dwell. But to access this, we have to overcome another caveat.
Our mind: We have to overcome our own mind. This is where humans stumble and falter. Rahu has actually grasped us as a whole. Until now, for the last two thousand years, it was organized religion, strict social structures and traditions. The age of the Pisces. But now, for the next 2000 years it is the age of the Aquarius. Now, I was always wondering, why the age is going from Pisces to Aquarius. Shouldn't it be from Aquarius to Pisces? Just one second ago, the insight flashed. What are the planets that signify Dharma and Karma? Rahu and Ketu. Rahu is the path of the purpose- Dharma and Ketu is the grace or the gavel (Saturn and Pluto bring the gavel of justice) a Soul has accrued. In Vedic astrology Rahu and Ketu goes counter-clockwise to all other grahas. Makes, total sense now, why from Pisces it is moving to Aquarius.
We have already seen the progress of Science and technology. Science started first coming into the picture in the 1800s/1900s. Then, slowly electricity and television appeared in 1970s/1980s. In 2000s internet appeared and 2010 started the wave of social-media. Now, slowly artificial intelligence and robotic themes are taking the center stage. One by one from the Piscean age of organized religion, myths, devotion, we are moving to the electronics, robotic and the artificial, alien age of Aquarius. Aquarius is all about technology, wireless communication, huge networks and humans within huge groups.
We can see. The internet itself, is a huge worldwide network of computer/ servers-the tech realm-covered. The computers and servers need electricity to function- covered. Electrical and electronic grid- the Aquarian agenda covered. Social media- FB, Quora, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram- huge networks of people and technology, working beautifully together. Each mind- Moon of the person, very beautifully plugged into the Rahu station whether of mobile phone, computer, tab or kindle. So, very cool. The Moon and Rahu going hand in hand like the deepest friends- Mind as well as the Maya (illusion). Such an adorable couple.
What a beautiful and breath-taking picture isn't it? Such close friendship, Rahu- the illusion and Moon, the mind. Now, if you remember, Rahu- Swayambharu (can be called Swarbhanu as well-the demon) story, where did he go and sit? In between, Moon-the mind and the Sun-the light, our inner truth of light. What is happening here in this Aquarian age? The mind has become chummy with Rahu- the illusion, or extrapolating it into Swayambharu. Now the mind is fully turned towards the Rakshasa- demon. The focus of the mind is taken away from the light-our inner light, the Sun.
Sun, in deep Vedic astrology is the Atman- the Soul. Where does the Soul reside? In the metaphorical heart space- Hrudayakasa. So, is there any wonder, we as humans are all about mind and not about the heart. Because, Rahu- the charlatan or illusion maker has come and sat between our mind-Moon and our inner truth, Sun. The stories in mythology are not just stories. If we have an 'awareful mind', it shows us the reality of the material world, happening now in the current times. So, if the human is not careful, Rahu the illusion would come to sit between the mind and our inner truth- Moon and Sun.

We, the human would have zero clue and move very far away from our own inner light, truth, Dharma and why in the first place, came into this world for. Everything gets forgotten. We stay in this stasis, lifetime after lifetime caught in the wheel called Karma. Then we come, do every kind of worship, Pooja, ritual and go to temple/church/ mosque to alleviate our deep suffering. The suffering comes because the mind has fallen for the illusion of Rahu- fear, worry, stress, anger and all the other vices.
Vishnu-The Truth! In the mythological story, how did these dynamics end? Sun and later even Moon, the mind noticed that in- between them, it is not a Deva- a virtue, but an Asura- a vice or an addiction sitting. This is the point where the mind, the Moon wakes up to realize, something is off. The person starts to feel, no, this could not be life. There should be more to it. Yes, I had this feeling from around 2009, eight years before I wrote the first word of this blog. I started the blog in 2017.
I remember, while I was waiting in the traffic signal one day, in the rush called my life as a graduate student at my University. I thought, no this could not be just life, there, should be more to it. Then, I looked through my car window. Why are all these people busy doing something, so rushed? What is the point of all these? Why are there 7B people in this world, just living, without even a clue- why are they living, what is the point of their life and is there even a purpose or meaning to this thing called life? Why are 7B souls finding themselves, here, now?
Now, I know there indeed is, more to life. That was the point when I realized, that my mind-Moon has lost the connection, with my Sun- the light of my heart. I was just living and days were flying away in the blink of an eye without ever the realization, what is the point of all these. But even then, it took another eight years, in to realize what I was doing wrong. In the mythological story, the Devas invoke and ask Vishnu to come and save them from the charlatan of a Rahu who is sitting between them. In that story, Vishnu comes in the form of a lady though- Mohini-the one who enchants the world with her charm (Moh). He takes his disc, cuts the demon Swayambharu into two pieces, Rahu- the dragon head and Ketu- the dragon tail. Thus, he restores the order of the Universe.

So, same planets and concepts can be drawn from a very surface level or extremely esoteric level. Now, in the metaphoric level, Moon is the total mind and Sun is the Soul or the inner truth. Now, I have written before, when the person starts to operate from the perspective of the inner truth, the person can become a vessel to the higher wisdom of the Universe. Then, the person becomes a channel for the Universal wisdom to flow out. This is the highest manifestation of the same sign Aquarius. The person who takes the spiritual wisdom/ Universal wisdom and pours it all over the globe. Jesus could be considered such a person in the Piscean age.
This becomes the highest manifestation of Aquarius where the personal truth of the person, Sun aligns with the Universal wisdom, Vishnu. In such a person's chart, the Sun-Soul, would manifest as Vishnu- the Universal truth. The Sun, the personal truth of the person becomes perfectly aligned with the Universal truth, Vishnu and the person manifests as Vishnu, the God, in the human form. Most probably Sri Krishna and Sri Rama had such a chart. Here, there is no separate Sun or Vishnu. The Sun, the personal truth itself becomes the Universal truth-Vishnu.
But for such a person, the mind should be crystal clear, the aspect of Rahu as vices should not be there even an iota. Even, the charlatan should become the faithful servant of the Divine-Sun and its own higher manifestation Vishnu. That is what happened to Swayambharu, once Vishnu used his disc. By the time Vishnu killed the demon, he had already partaken one mouth full of the celestial nectar, Amritha. But didn't get time to digest it. He was cut into two pieces. Both the pieces became immortal and were given the planetary (Graha) status in Vedic astrology.
So, now both Rahu and Ketu are given the task of keeping the human mind- Moon away from awareness, so that either they become fearful of all the things- Ketu or they are addicted to material things, vices, electronic gadgets, tech and markets- Rahu. Rahu is even markets and trade. Along with Venus, he is also a trader. So, both of them keep humans away from their own personal/ inner truth- Vishnu. (Now, why these shenanigans, drama and play of the Universe? Only God knows, I mean the Brahman.)
But as a Soul, our job is to find our path of purpose Rahu, and with the help of our ancestors, spiritual guides, ascended Masters, Gods and Goddesses, find our inner truth, first as that of the Soul as the Sun (Atmajnana) and later as that of the Universe-Brahman (Brahmanjana)- as Vishnu. Thus, Vishnu becomes our deepest and most authentic truth that is aligned with the Brahman, itself. 😊
